I agree totally! I was lucky enough to catch two hummingbirds on two different summers. The first one I gave to my niece to hold before she let it go. Last summer I caught another one for our oldest son (Price) to hold before he let it go. He was 23 but the look on his face was priceless!
Wow, I can't imagine being able to catch them. They are so flighty and quick. Do they sort of get tame and use to people? Beautiful shots Jodi. I very seldon see hummingbirds and when I do I never seem to have a camera on hand. Thank you for sharing yours. Dianne :)
The only thing more fun is helping your child do it, and watching the expressions wonder and joy cross their face! :)
