Our local art show is coming up May 7th and I’m having a VERY hard time picking what three photos (out of a jillion!) I want to enter! What three would you pick from these??
The sunset, the saddles and the root. But I'm trying to think about what the judges would like. I like the hummer, the sunset and the little squirrel. Good luck Jodi.
thanks Cindy! The chipmunk is already hanging in a 16x20 frame in my living room and I just love him too! :) I ordered the root to be blown up to 24x36 and ordered a frame for it as well. So it will for sure be in the show. The hummer picture was just taken yesterday and oh gosh I really like that one too! Honestly, I can't decide! Thanks for your input. :)
About the Hummer shot ... I was in manual mode. F-Stop 5.6, Exposure time 1/4000, ISO 1600. I took about 15 pictures hoping for at least one good one. :)
Well you know I LOVE the sunset painting already. Usually what I like and what does good in the art fairs is a different thing though. lol I had to ask for help last time too! So def. the sunset.. maybe the hummingbird too. I'm not sure on the third. Hmmmm

Hello Jodi, I would go for the sunset, the root, and the Hummer. Remember that cropping is very important with judges. Will the judges give a criteque, if they do then ask for a criteque. This will give you an idea what to look for next time.
I love then all and the Saddles really jumped out at me. I love that photo. Its one that some would buy for sure. Jodi I adore the leaves on the water. How peaceful and stunning. That too is one of my faves. Stunning photos. Keep me posted. Best of luck girl. and so glad to see you come by. xoxo
